DORA

The Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) is applicable since 17 January 2025, introducing stringent requirements designed to improve the operational resilience of financial sector entities across Europe. Covering everything from risk assessment to incident reporting and third-party oversight, DORA sets new benchmarks for how financial institutions and ICT providers should manage technology risks.
