Audrey Rustichelli is the head of the Technologies & IP department and of the Commercial Contracts practice of PwC Legal Luxembourg. Prior to joining the firm in November 2016, she spent 3 years in an independent leading Luxembourgish law firm, and then more than 5 years in the Luxembourg office of a major American business law firm as head of the IP/ITc practice.

Audrey Rustichelli advises clients on a wide range of information technology and communications matters and has extensive experience in IT agreements (outsourcing, cloud computing, etc.), Internet and e-commerce, telecommunications, electronic identification and trust services, privacy matters and data protection issues, including assistance with GDPR compliance projects.

She handles issues related to protecting, enforcing and defending intellectual property rights but also assist clients in order to optimize their IP protection strategy by drafting and negotiating all types of IP contracts including licensing, distribution, franchising and merchandising contracts, acquisition and assignment agreements

She also assists clients in the area of media law, including marketing, advertising, market regulation and unfair competition and is also involved on a regular basis in the tailored drafting and negotiating of commercial agreements.
