Newsletter - Extension until 30 June 2021 of the measures for holding general meetings and decisions of the management bodies remotely

The Covid-19 related derogative measures which allowed companies to (i) hold general meeting without physical attendance and (ii) take decisions of the management bodies by remote board meetings or through circular resolutions, notwithstanding any contrary provisions of the bylaws, are extended until 30 June 2021. 

Pursuant to the law of 23 September 2020, these measures were applicable until 31 December 2020, but the law adopted on 25 November 2020 amended this law in order to extend its provisions until 30 June 2021 included.
