Last week, PwC Legal reaffirmed its commitment to supporting global education by providing our long-term partner, Fondation Follereau Luxembourg (FFL), with essential IT equipment, including laptops, screens, and headphones. This equipment has now arrived in Cotonou, Benin, and is awaiting customs clearance at the port. Once cleared, it will be transported to FFL’s storage facility.
In the coming weeks, each piece of equipment will undergo inspection, inventorying, and reprogramming to ensure it is ready for educational use. Selected schools will then receive the equipment based on their specific capacities and needs. By the start of the school year in September 2024, these schools will be equipped to offer introductory IT courses, greatly enhancing the educational opportunities available to their students.
Fondation Follereau Luxembourg is a humanitarian organisation dedicated to improving health, education, and living conditions in underprivileged regions, particularly in Africa. Their key initiatives include:
In Luxembourg, FFL raises awareness about global health and social issues, mobilises resources, and collaborates with other organisations and the government to support its international projects.
PwC Legal is proud to partner with Fondation Follereau and contribute to providing essential equipment to children in need. Together, we are making strides towards a brighter future through education and community support.
