PwC Legal advised the historical shareholders of System Solutions Group on selling a majority stake in the group to Dynamica

Luxembourg - PwC Legal advised Robert Roux, Founder and CEO of the ICT provider System Solutions Group, on the M&A and corporate law aspects related to the sale of a 70 % majority stake in the group to the Belgian Investment Fund Dynamica. The remaining 30% will be held by the founding Roux family and Robert Roux will remain General Manager and Head of Operations of System Solutions Group.

Robert Roux says: "System Solutions wishes to continue its growth and guarantee its durability. To this end, it has opened its capital to Dynamica (…),an investment fund targeting SMEs such as System Solutions."

Cedric De Quinnemar, Partner at Dynamica states: "By investing in System Solutions, Dynamica aims to support the strong growth of the IT company and expand its offering both organically and through acquisition."

This transaction was approved by the Luxembourg Financial Regulator (CSSF).
