Sandra is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and M&A department of PwC Legal.
Prior to joining the firm in September 2023, Sandra gained experience by working for over 5 years in Luxembourg Big Four and law firms.
Sandra specialises in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and real estate.
At PwC Legal, Sandra is involved in a wide range of complex domestic and international structuring, restructuring and real estate transactions. She also advises clients on their day-to-day corporate transactions (corporate secretarial services) and at every stage of their development (e.g. share capital increase and reduction, equity participations, mergers, migration, and liquidation), including liaising with tax and accountant experts.
