Joy Peynet

Joy currently works is a Senior Associate within PwC Legal since December 2018 and she specializes in corporate law.

Previously, she gained a first 3 years experience in PwC Luxembourg.

In PwC Legal, Joy works in a wide range of corporate law areas, including merger and acquisitions, private equity and restructuring. She is experienced in working on cross-border corporate operations such as migration, mergers and demergers, and is additionally well trained in ensuring the project management or by coordinating with other service providers, locally or internationally.

She further gained experienced in: the managing of the corporate secretarial functions for regulated companies and the legal conformity and governance review of non-commercial forms of entities, such as semi-public entities (GIE) or non-profit entities (ASBL). She also carries out legal researches on technical questions and legal watch and prepares and presents client trainings.
