Rose is a Counsel in the Corporate and M&A department of PwC Legal.

Prior to joining the firm in November 2022, Rose gained experience by working for over 6 years in Anglo-Saxon and Luxembourg law firms.

Rose specialises in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and real estate. At PwC Legal, Rose is involved in a wide range of complex domestic and international structuring, restructuring and real estate transactions. She also advises clients on their day-to-day corporate transactions (corporate secretarial services) and at every stage of their development (e.g. share capital increase and reduction, equity participations, mergers, migrations, recovery and bankruptcy proceedings).
