Jean-Yves Lhommel

Jean-Yves Lhommel is the Co-Head of our Corporate practice. He has a strong background with more than 25 years of experience mainly in international business reorganisation. He has notably spent more than 10 years with “Magic Circle” law firms.

He is highly experienced in project managing large scale corporate structuring transactions. He have well versed in working in close cooperation with local and foreign tax advisors on all aspects of a corporate structuring transaction, from conducting feasibility studies to implementation of the chosen structures.

The extensive experience of the members of his team allows to anticipate potential issues in advance, as well as to have a clear insight into the relevant business objectives of the client, thus being able to be highly proactive and find tailor-made solutions to meet clients' expectations.
