Clotilde is an Associate in the Investment Funds practice. She joined PwC Legal at the end of 2020, following an internship in the Investment Fund department of PwC Legal and having previously gained experience in Investment Funds and Corporate law fields within law firms and central administration in France as well as in Luxembourg.
She obtains French lawyer certificate of qualification in 2020 (CAPA).
At PwC Legal, she is mainly involved in the assistance of clients in the structuring, setting up and operation of the full spectrum of regulated and unregulated investment funds, including UCITS and Alternative Investment Funds.
She also assists depositary banks, management companies and AIF Managers in regulatory matters.
