Maxime Gilot

Maxime is a Counsel in the Corporate department of PwC Legal. He has a 5-year experience in the corporate structuring services department of PwC Luxembourg. He then decided to join the Corporate department of PwC Legal in 2018.

In PwC Legal, Maxime has been involved in various restructuring transactions, including complex structures’ reorganization with hybrid financial instruments. Maxime has also been involved in merger transactions (national and cross-border projects), cross-border migrations and day-to-day corporate work. Maxime is in charge of preparing legal documentation and performing the related legal researches. He implements corporate solutions for clients, including liaising with tax and accountant experts. Maxime also did a 2 months secondment as corporate secretary in the funds industry.
