Maureen Bayart

Maureen joined PwC Legal in September 2022 and became a member of the Luxembourg Bar in 2021. Prior to joining the firm, Maureen worked in the corporate and in the banking & finance regulatory practices in two of the largest international law firms in Luxembourg.
As part of the Banking and Capital Market team, she is involved in advising clients on all types of financing transactions, including secured and unsecured bank lending, acquisition and asset finance. She also assists Luxembourg and foreign corporate clients and financial institutions on capital markets transactions and all related regulatory matters.
Maureen also has strong interest on digital finance, FinTech and regulatory matters in relation to financial and banking regulations.
