Sixtine Auguet

Sixtine currently works as a Senior Associate in the Banking and Capital Markets practice of PwC Legal in Luxembourg. Prior to joining the firm in March 2022, Sixtine worked in the banking and capital markets practice of an international law firm in Luxembourg.

She advises clients on all types of financing transactions, including secured and unsecured bank lending, acquisition and asset finance. She advises Luxembourg and foreign corporate clients and financial institutions on capital markets and financing transactions, including debt and equity transactions, initial public offerings, takeovers, placement of securities, buy-backs of securities, liability management transactions, listings and all related regulatory matters.
