A Trainee for our Corporate and M&A department

We are currently looking for a Trainee (initially 6 months with a view to long-term employment) for our Corporate and M&A department.

Your Mission:
- Involvement in several stimulating files which will allow you to discover and in turn apply the best technical methods in respect of international legal issues
- Participating in meetings and calls with clients, in order to gain familiarity with Customer relationship management
- Drafting of documentation
- Completion of legal research in Luxembourg, French and Belgian law

The candidate should have:
- Have a university degree in Law and a postgraduate degree in Corporate
- Have some first relevant experiences
- Have excellent drafting and communication skills
- Be able to learn quickly and work as part of a team
- Have a perfect command of French and English, the knowledge of German would be an advantage
- Have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to adapt easily
