MNKS becomes PwC Legal

MNKS announced that it has joined the international PwC network, as an independent law firm, registered with the Luxembourg Bar and subject to the Luxembourg lawyers' ethic rules. The firm will change its name to become "PwC Legal".

By joining the PwC network, our objective is to provide comprehensive and a consistent quality service to our clients looking for a multi-territorial expertise and an interdisciplinary approach.

The membership will help create joint business ventures that will benefit PwC customers by giving them access to a wider range of professional services, at the same time providing them with the assurance of recognised standards of quality, ethics and independence.

MNKS will continue to exercise its values of high standards of technical requirements and availability to its customers.

With qualities that come from being part of a network and those that have made its reputation in the market, MNKS considers itself more than ever to be "a different law firm in Luxembourg".

The management of the firm will continue to remain in the hands of the Board of Managers of the Company under the chairmanship of Cindy Arces, Managing Partner, who said, "This is the beginning of a new chapter for our firm. Joining the PwC network will surely enable us to better serve our local and international customers. We look forward to working within the PwC network and deliver on all the expectations set out by this tie-up."

As from 22 October, the offices of MNKS have moved to Crystal Park - 2 rue Gerhard Mercator in Luxembourg.
