Nicola Zenoni

Nicola is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and M&A department of PwC Legal.

Prior to joining the firm in September 2023, Nicola gained experience by working for over 6 years in Anglo-Saxon and Luxembourg law firms.

He specialises in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and real estate. At PwC Legal, Nicola is involved in a wide range of complex domestic and international structuring, restructuring and real estate transactions.

Nicola also advises clients on their day-to-day corporate transactions (corporate secretarial services) and at every stage of their development (e.g. incorporations, share capital increases and reductions, equity participations, domestic and cross-border mergers, demergers, in-bound and out-bound migrations, liquidations, etc.).
