Mona-Lisa Pierre

Mona-Lisa is a Senior Associate in the Employment and Litigation team at PwC Legal. Mona-Lisa has been starting her career in 2006. Prior to joining PwC Legal, Mona-Lisa gained international legal experience having worked in Paris (France) in the labour law departments of leading international law firms.

At PwC Legal, Mona-Lisa has an in-depth expertise of all labour law related matters including employment, social security and immigration law. She advises a wide range of Luxembourg and foreign clients in various fields of activity (financial sector, industry, ICT, business aviation, land transport, pharmaceutical…) both on day-to-day HR-related issues and companies’ restructurings involving labour law consequences.

She also assists and represents clients in pre-litigation or litigation matters and pleads before all competent courts in Luxembourg.

• Member of the Luxembourg bar (list IV since 2013 / list I since 2017).
• Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2006.

• Postgraduate degree in business law (Master 2/DJCE), University of Cergy-Pontoise, 2002.
• Postgraduate degree in human resources management (Master 2/CIFFOP),  University of Paris II-Pantheon Assas, 2006.
