Raphael’s experience includes a wide variety of cross-border litigation and international arbitration (mainly ICC and LCIA) in Luxembourg, France, Japan and the USA in major law firms. He joined the Dispute Resolution / Litigation and Employment law practices of PwC Legal in January 2018 as a Junior Associate.

On the litigation side, Raphaël advises clients during negotiations and represents them before the Luxembourg jurisdictions. On the employment side, Raphaël advises clients at all stages of the employment relations: drafting of the employment contracts, questions during the employment relations, termination of the employment and litigation as the case may be.

At PwC Legal, Raphaël advised shareholders in high-stake negotiations with the rest of the board, advised clients on various commercial litigation matters, represented clients suspected of white collar crimes before the criminal jurisdiction and regurlarly represents companies before the Commercial, Civil and Labour jurisdictions and in their negotiations with the opposing parties. Raphaël also drafts clients’ employment documents and assists them in their day-to-day employment law matters.
