Nathalie joined PwC Legal in January 2019 as Counsel in the Technologies & IP team. Prior to joining the firm, Nathalie worked in a Luxembourgish notarial office and then spent more than 10 years as Senior Legal Advisor and Data Protection Officer in the legal department of a prominent Luxembourgish financial institution. Nathalie had the opportunity to develop her expertise in data protection regulation, banking law (in particular PSD II), procurement, commercial and IT contracts and consumer protection law.

At PwC Legal, she advises on all issues related to technologies, with a particular focus on data protection regulation (including GDPR projects), commercial and IT contracts, e-commerce law (and issues such as electronic signature and electronic archiving) as well as IT outsourcing in the financial sector.
