François is a Senior Associate in the Employment and Litigation team at PwC Legal. François has been starting his career in 2014. Prior to joining PwC Legal, François spent 6 years in an independent Luxembourg law firm and developed an expertise of civil and commercial litigation.

As part of his experience in litigation matters, François has been involved in cases dealing notably with director’s liability, shareholders disputes and debt recovery.

He is also assisting clients in tax litigation matters against the Luxembourg tax authorities.

François gained a strong experience of criminal business matters and assist clients throughout the stages of the criminal procedure (complaint, investigation, hearing…)

He advises and represents a wide range of Luxembourg and foreign clients (financial sector, industry, banks, business aviation…) in pre-litigation and litigation matters and pleads before all competent courts in Luxembourg.
