Darina is a Counsel in the Corporate team at PwC Legal. Darina has been starting her career in 2007. Prior to joining PwC Legal, Darina gained international legal experience having worked in Australia in a leading international law firm, as well as in Ireland where she also trained as a solicitor.
At PwC Legal, Darina specialises in private equity, real estate and corporate restructuring, as well as advising on company law matters more generally. She provides legal counsel to a wide range of public and private companies, private equity and real estate sponsors and management teams in the set up, structuring and financing of international joint ventures, co-investments, group (re)organizations, refinancings, buyouts, and national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
