Catherine is the Managing Partner of PwC Legal and is co-head of the corporate M&A practice of the firm.
Having joined the team in 2002 from PwC Luxembourg, she acquired experience in a wide range of areas beyond corporate and M&A that enhanced her transversal approach of complex deals involving numerous aspects (including those with dispute complexion).
Catherine has an extensive experience in M&A transactions and advising private equity clients in the set-up, acquisition or sale of investments structures, targets or joint ventures. Her practice covers a broad spectrum of corporate and transactional matters, she is also particularly involved in international real estate deals as well as the structuring and financing of leverage and management buy-out transactions, incentive plans, domestic and cross-border mergers, corporate reorganisations, management teams and corporate governance matters. With her transversal abilities, Catherine is also well versed in assisting operational companies in their daily needs, including in the process of obtaining the requisite licences to run their activities in Luxembourg or ceasing their activities.
