Catherine is the Partner heading of the Corporate practice of PwC Legal.
Having joined the team in 2002 from PwC Luxembourg, she acquired an experience in a wide range of areas beyond corporate and M&A that enhanced her transversal approach of complex deals involving numerous aspects including those with dispute complexion.
Catherine has an extensive experience in M&A transactions and advising private equity clients in the setting-up, acquisition or sale of investments structures, targets or joint ventures. Her practice covers a broad spectrum of corporate and transactional matters, she is also particularly involved in both international and domestic real estate deals as well as the structuring and financing of leverage and management buy-out transactions, domestic and cross-border mergers, corporate reorganisations, management teams and corporate governance matters. With her transversal abilities, Catherine is also well versed in assisting operational companies including in the process of obtaining the requisite licenses to run their activities in Luxembourg or ceasing their activities.
Catherine is also Head of the Risk Management department of PwC Legal (since 2010) and member of the board of PwC Legal (since 2015).
