Stephanie Antoine

Stéphanie is a Counsel in the Corporate team at PwC Legal, which she joined in 2000.

Stéphanie is a widely-experienced corporate lawyer whose practice spans all areas of corporate law. Her wide-ranging legal skills are employed in challenging projects which require innovative legal solutions.

Stéphanie has particular specialised expertise in international corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border movements and private equity deals.

Since 2011, she has directed this long standing corporate experience towards the development of the knowledge management field in the law firm, in particular through the following up of new legal issues, the optimisation of the law firm’s legal production and the providing of internal training sessions on specific legal corporate law topics, such as minority shareholders. As well as being a key person in the knowledge management department, Stéphanie also continues to offer specific technical support on files,
