Julia joined the corporate team of PwC Legal in October 2022.
She had previously gained experience through several internships in the legal department of multinational companies as well as working for a year in the corporate and M&A department of a well-known law firm in Spain, where she was involved in large renewable energy acquisition projects from the due diligence process to the closing.
At PwC Legal, Julia is involved in acquisition projects, as well as in corporate reorganizations and private equity transactions.
