Soledad is a Counsel in the Corporate team of PwC Legal and specializes in mergers & acquisitions, private equity and corporate structuring.
She advises multinational companies and private equity sponsors as well as mid-sized companies, start-ups and individuals in the structuring of international joint ventures, co-investments, buyouts, acquisitions and incentive schemes.
She also advises on pre-litigation matters in the context of shareholders’ conflicts.
Soledad assists with the planning and implementation of large scale group structuring projects, requiring a high level of coordination and project management.
She provides daily assistance to local headquarters of large groups with strong corporate governance aspects.
Soledad regularly provides external training sessions on specific legal topics (i.e. liability of directors, cross-border movements of companies, winding-up…).
