Saskia Myners

Saskia has been a partner in the corporate practice of PwC Legal and head of the private equity team since 2014.

Prior to joining PwC Legal, Saskia practiced in the private equity/real estate team of a leading independent Luxembourg law firm, and also headed their London representative office. She also gained valuable experience working in the London office of a prominent international law firm.

At PWC Legal Saskia is focusing mainly on private equity, real estate and mergers and acquisitions transactions.

She advises a wide range of public and private companies, private equity and real estate sponsors and management teams in the structuring and financing of international joint ventures, co-investments, reorganizations, refinancings, buyouts, and national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
